We call ourselves to be educated, but ironically we don't even care for our own health. Everyone loves eating tasty food, who in the hell enjoys eating something they don't enjoy(say for me, it's most of the vegetables). Even today most of us neglect to eat healthy over those junky items, and meanwhile, we also talk about being healthy.
Com'on, let's bring a change in, let's start eating ,not everything but something which makes our health and diet better....don't cut out tasty food completely from the menu, change the way you look towards your food, it is healthy and also the output of,'not an easy farmer's job' and with that make your food tastier in feel.
There are tons of other articles speaking about a balanced diet, its benefits and all. Besides whatever you have come across, I would also recommend you to eat healthy food. If you have a proper diet chart and you're following it, that's great, but most of us don't really bother much about those charts(yes, we are lazy), instead I would say eat healthy over junky foods! That's pretty much simple. But having a proper diet under proper consult of dietitian would be the best recommendation for everyone.
That's pretty much for this article, I know, I know I have skipped so many things, but I wanted it to be much easier and straight to the point. Tried something new!
